The round acacia post, also known as robinia, is a very durable post made from natural robinia wood. Measurements are calculated from the narrowest side.
Black locust or false acacia is the most durable wood. Robinia posts are extremely durable and require no maintenance. They do not require any treatment, and thanks to the hardness of the wood they are very well protected against humidity. The posts are debarked and pointed. They are not 'milled' and have retained their natural shape. This is why the posts are generally not straight.
Caution: Robinia bark can be dangerous for horses.
